Vegas and Family Pics

I seriously haven't blogged forever! So this is what we have been up to. We finally took at little mini vacation , we were so sick of working and just wanted to get away. My parents had a condo in St Geroge for a week so we left Fri to go to Vegas just Robby and I ( prissy even stayed with my parents, I cried haha!) and then we met up with the fam in St George on Saturday. While we were in Vegas we gambled and walked up and down the Strip. I won 100 bucks so I was pretty happy!
While we were in St George we had our family pics done. They turned out pretty darn cute if you ask me! I sure do have a cute family!!

This is my new neice Layla Jane, she's adorable huh? She makes me rather baby hungry. :)

Prissy and Puppy Mills

I know all of you know about my little Prissy. But I don't think you know how we got her. She was rescued from a puppy mill almost 2 years ago from a lady in salt lake. She told us the day we got her that she did come from Virgina and they got her from a puppy mill that was being shut down. The lady had brought home 5 dogs and Prissy was the one that we fell in love. We were a little sceptic at first due to the poor environment but she passed all health exams and has had no complications since. We love her very much and breaks my heart that people are really out there treating these poor innocent animals the way they do. So this topic is pretty dear to my heart and I thought I would share this video with all of you. If you are wanting to buy a dog, please do further research, and help shut these mills down.

I love these two!!

New Years in Nevada!

This year we celebrated New Years in Elko NV where Robby is currently working. We actually had a really fun time together! New Years night we ate good food, danced and gambled. I realized that gambling is lame and i'm no good at it, Robby on the other hand, would push the same button as I did like 5 sec ago, but money would come out for him and not me. I give up. :) Enjoy this pics!

Of course... She came with... I love this dog, She is seriously sooo cute!!

Wait for it.......

Hahaha!! Robby seriously almost missed the first kiss of 2010!

All and all I was really suprised how much fun we had together in little ol Elko. I sure do miss him like crazy. I wish I could put him in my pocket and take him home with me. :)

Christmas

I am such a slacker when it comes to blogging so here is my christmas post. I did put my tree up and it was sooo cute! I loved decorating it, my mom gave me all of the old glass ornaments that my dad got us when we were little so it was so much fun to put the tree up. anways... Christmas was great! we spent it with the Lehman bunch this year. We were really spoiled and got everything that we could have every asked for. Robby's parents even suprised him with a new pool table. he was tickeled pink, it was fun to see him so happy! I also got my camera that I wanted from my parents. ( well it's OUR camera I guess) so now my pics are a million times better on here. My best friend Mckell also bought me a pink gun. I wanted it so bad and she suprised me with it. I love her sooo much! well, this is kind of a boring post but here is what we did. enojoy!

Thankful... and Elko

I hope all of you had a fantastic Thanksgiving, i'm sad I couldn't spend time with you this year my family, but there is always next year! :)

Of course you can't just have Thanksgiving and not say the things that you are greatful for, so this year, these are a few of the things I am VERY thankful for.

First and foremost i'm thankful for my wonderful husband, Robby. He is such a hard worker and motivated individual. I don't think he gets enough credit for it sometimes. I'm very thankful that he still has a job and even though it maybe tough sometimes, (especially now that he has to move so dang much) I know it is worth it. I'm very greatful that he is strong enough to pull us through these hard times and just listens to me cry, bitch, and moan about the crazy Rail Road and he's always there to tell me it'll be ok and he'll be home soon, ( even though I know he's lying just to make me feel better) All and all he's my very best friend and I don't know what i'd ever do with out him.

Family, My sweet parents for always being there for me and to feed me dinner when Robby is away so that I don't have to have a night by myself. My Brother and Sister, they always answer the phone when I call and i'm sorry to talk your ear off, but if you lived closer you guys I wouldn't have to talk so much! :)
ok seriously this is getting to be so long so i'll hurry and sum it all up, very thankful that I have a nice roof over my head, my sweet little puppy dog who is always there to keep me company and my awesome job that I have, I love my co-workers and I'm just plain greatful to have a job right now in these tough economic times. Ok now on to Elko.

Elko is pretty much 100 miles PAST Wendover ( I know your all thinking, there is something PAST Wendover??) and it's this little town in the middle of the desert that has like 5 casinos, a few stores and that's about it! so one night on our little rondevous Rob and I decided to go check out some little shops on "main street" there was one with shoes so we decided to check it out, It was called "Diana's shoes, clothes and diamonds" or something like that, well that was false advertising because as soon as I started looking at "shoes" Robby yells,"THIS IS A SEX SHOP!" That all made sense as to why all the shoes were platform stripper shoes! So Robby being Robby had to "try on" some sexy thigh high boots so I took a pic and left. So sorry but this is the only pic I got of going to Elko. But I had to share, it was to funny...

You wouldn't think it is a sex shop just walking by right?? See! i'm not really a pervert!!
and I think Robby should quit his job and become a strippper, what do you think?? hahahaha!
